2. BRG News is a news application / website fetching news from all around the world using clean and understandable language, suitable for all age group. Force Majeure:- This Terms is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India. The courts in Vadodara shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes arising out of the Terms.
Notice for Grievances
1. If you have any grievances in relation to the Website or its Content, you may send a notice to us in writing or through e-mail signed with electronic signature (“Notice”). The Notice should contain the following:
  1. Details of the content alleged to be in infringement of your rights as the rightful owner or affecting you prejudicially.
  2. Your contact information including e-mail, address, and telephone number where you can be contacted if required.

A declaration cum undertaking along with necessary documents establishing you:
- as the rightful owner of the content to be disabled/affecting you prejudicially;
- as an affected person, stating that the information submitted is true, complete and accurate and no material fact has been hidden, and also stating that BRG News, its directors, employees, including the Grievance Redressal Officer shall not be liable for any loss or damage or claim for relaying on such requests

No Waiver for Breaches:- Any failure by BRG News to enforce the Terms, for whatever reason, shall not necessarily be construed as a waiver of any right to do so at any time.
Severability:- If any of the provisions of this Terms are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part of the Terms will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms.
Entire Agreement :- The Terms including the Policy, as amended from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
Termination or Suspension of your Access/Use of the Website We may suspend or terminate your account or access to all or any part of the Website and/or Content at any time, at our sole discretion if we are of the opinion that you have breached the terms and conditions.
Limited Time to Bring Your Claim:- You agree that any claim related to your use of the Website or the Content must be initiated by giving Notice within 1 (one) year from the date of usage of the Website from which the claim arises. You also consent that no claim beyond the period of 1 (one) year shall be maintainable against the Website and you expressly waive your rights to raise any such claim.
